5 /5 Dominick Gallo: I went to the Goshen Branch today to deal with a 2 month looming issue that no one could rectify for me, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the front desk and was asked to wait while a prior customer was fiished being helped. I waited for maybe 10 minutes, but during that brief 10 minutes the person who was at the front desk felt it necessary to come over to me at say it should be any moment now. it felt genuine and warm. I was asked to come ito an Office where Christopher Irizarry was welcoming me into, I regret not getting the name of the young Lady who attended our session, because she had a great Aura about her. Christopher listened to my problem that has been lingering since June of this year, Christopher was very empithetic and found cause to turn my situation around. I doubted Heritage was a good fit for me because of all the calls I had to make, yeilding no results, but after today I am glad to say my doubts were wrong. Christopher found and provided remedy that keeps our business integrity in tact.
