Bank of Greene County - Catskill (NY)

1 /5 Eye Get Money llc: Every time I come into this bank, there’s an issue they treat me different. I am an attractive, black woman and for one reason I do not keep much money in this bank. Now I have two business accounts and one personal account and I’m getting ready to close these accounts Because I feel as if they are racist. They blurred out my account balance in public not in private, I’ve had to come here and ask them to make corrections on my account numerous times and I still do not have a card for one of my business accounts for going on two years now they had the money that I was Supposed to have in savings locked away somewhere and wouldn’t release my money and then they give me the runaround whenever whenever I need anything done this is the worst bank that I have ever has

Explain to me why when my mother and I went in to cash her paycheck with my account the old lady says “I can’t cash it unless YOU have an account!” Meanwhile the branch in West Coxsackie has done this no problem! Unbelievable! You act like the money comes out of YOUR pocket!
