1 /5 Pinkie Girl: This is my experience with TIAA and i would tell anyone to please consider what makes it neccesary for a company to go to the extent they have gone against ONE very tiny and insignificant account. I am going to keep following up on this and honestly, at this moment i dont want anyone else to go though this. Please STAY AWARE of what these companies are doing with the money you invest.
I have been getting dead ends from agents who pass me from one place to another, coming up with various excuses to deny me access - based on hardship withdrawal that i can proove. This is the money that I invested and was matched by an employer towards a 403 (b) - my conditions are completely valid according to the IRS and theres no real basis for the denial which is possibly why the keep sending me around. The last person who passed me over - the job description i noticed later says ’search engine maximization’ - so i guess that’s a tier up from the folks who deleted my FB posts. Also makes sense why they can disregard another persons troubles as easily as they do. Its their job.
I have been passes around by 3-4 departments between agents to whom at first they sound as if I finally got to the right department and i tell them my circumstances. They buy time a day or two and then the same response the only thing that makes this concerning is that THE excuses are not consistent. They deny basic information and try to intimidate you by stating plan numbers policy numbers etc.
Today -Thursday (12/20/2018) i email the last contact from the marketting department who tells me he is just the person who passes the messages and told me that they sent out “correspondence” to me
I have trusted each and every one of these liars and none of them had any intention of doing their job. They were just passing my account around.
This is a company that has a non-profit client base.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
