Garrett Graber Lawyers are often lambasted for being non-responsive. Not this team. Lawyers are often stereotyped as being experts in billing and billing alone. Not this team. Copps DiPaola Silverman was/is responsive, up-front about cost, and really went to bat for me. I required representation for a family-related matter, and the outcome was even better than what I hoped for. Everything down to the word and penny was explained thoroughly. Herefor1 I received a burn while dining out, it hurt for sure and I knew I needed medical attention. I also knew that I needed a lawyer. I called a few but it was a Sunday so I left voicemails. John Bailey called me that Monday, I never received a called from the other lawyers. After talking with him I knew he took my incident serious and quickly an agreement was reached with the restaurant representatives for compensation. I am very happy with the outcome. I wouldnt call another lawyer, John I cant thank you enough. I would also like to give a shout out to the secretary, She was very polite!
