THIS "ATTORNEY" ALSO COMMITTED EX-PARTE RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME ALONG WITH THE JUDGE THAT WAS ASSIGNED TO THE CASE. AND MY WIFE WILL TELL YOU AS WELL. THINKS THAT A PICTURE ACTUALLY PROVES SOMETHING. I AM B-E-Y-O-N-D BLOWN AWAY BY THE INTELLIGENCE OF SOMEONE LIKE THIS. ANYONE CAN TAKE A PICTURE OF SCRATCHES ON A CAR AND THEN TURN AROUND AND SAY I DID IT. IT DOES NOT PROVE W-H-O DID IT, IT JUST PROVES THAT THERE ARE SCRATCHES ON A CAR.IT ALSO THINKS THAT A CEASE AND DESIST LETTER WILL FORCE SOMEONE TO DO SOMETHING. IT DOES NOT. IT IS NON BINDING AND HAS NO LEGAL EFFECT. A LETTER IS NOT AN ORDER. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THIS GUY EVER REPRESENTED ME IN COURT, TRUST ME, I WOULD N-E-V-E-R E-V-E-R HAVE SOMEONE LIKE THIS REPRESENT ME, NOT EVEN FOR FREE. HIS CLIENT LIED IN COURT AND GOT AWAY WITH IT BECAUSE OF WHO THE JUDGE IS. THE WHOLE THING IS RECORDED IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND CAN BE PROVEN.
