He gave me a timeline that was spot on and had a clear understanding of what my legal rights were. I also found Ben to be very personable to talk to. Luckily the eviction never had to go to court. Wood & Seward gave me a fair estimate of time and materials they had invested and returned the remainder of my retainer fee to me. I am very pleased with Ben and the Wood & Seward firm and would recommend them to anyone.
