Peter Corcoran-Sital I met with Joe Sise today and was very impressed. The grounds and the office are maintained to high standards. Joe is the one of lawyer that is going to stay right in the middle. He is not going to side with law enforcement or the client he is going to consider the details of the situation and employ the law. Because of the intricacies of my case and police brutality involved I am not sure that I will be able to retain Joe Sise but I can tell you with no reservations that this is a good law firm if you want an honest consultation thru a fair legal lens. Joe will invite you right into his office and talk to you as an equal human being rather than try to impress you with his legal acumen he makes sure to first study the facts of your consult by using his interpersonal skills and legal knowledge which are both strong. Mr. Sise makes it clear that while law and order is paramount, police brutality and excessive force are not acceptable in any way. I highly recommend this firm to anyone who has experienced personal injury as a result of police brutality especially minorities as Mr Sise has a palpable care for human safety and well being in his personality. In other words people make mistakes but we should not as law enforcement stoop to the level of excessive force and violence.

Mig Mora My driver license was suspended because I unknowingly missed a traffic court date. I called the Austerlitz town court for weeks trying to figure out how to get my license reinstated, but it was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone there. I made one call to James Kleinbaums office around 4PM the day after Memorial Day, and James took my call and immediately emailed me the documents I needed in order to get my license reinstated at the DMV the very same day before they closed.
