1 /5 Arielle Johnson: I would not recommend Sharon’s services. We used her as a buyer’s attorney this past summer.
Sharon and Deanna were often out of the office during normal business hours. Even when Sharon was in the office when we called, different assistants would ask to take a message rather than letting us speak to Sharon, causing confusion and frustration.
When Sharon initially received the survey, she said that there was an encroachment onto the property we were buying and we wouldn’t be able to close on time. When we looked at the survey map, the “encroachment” was a fence less than six inches onto our property, and there was a notation that the deed had already been revised when the house was sold three years ago. Sharon hadn’t even looked closely at the survey map; she created a problem where there was none.
Her office failed to send documents to the bank when they said they would, and Sharon and Deanna were incommunicado when we tried to call to ask why.
Sharon seems competent in other ways, I think that the office has simply taken on too many cases. I would not recommend her services unless you know you can get her full attention.
