Deanna I had the pleasure of working with David Wolff this past year for an injury from a car accident. I had been with another well known firm for 5 years (you know the one), and finally transferred from them. There are some decent people there, but unfortunately, I was assigned to an attorney who had qualities we all want to avoid in this field. Non responsive, not trustworthy, not diligent, disorganized, rude, and undervalued my case-as well as dissuading me from going to court if needed. The other players know which attorneys haven’t seen a court room in years, which translates to calling their bluff during negotiations. R Clausen Incredible attorney. Very compassionate about his clients and provides the type of professional, aggressive representation that one would expect in their attorney. Atty. Baldwin represented me in my bankruptcy and would not back down or give in. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the law, always willing to give me a moment of his time when needed &/or responded quickly to my calls. I couldnt possibly have asked or expected better in representation and have yet to ever meet a more professional attorney. Those that have given him a low score in their review were most likely those that were on the opposite end of his representation.
