I switched my services to Chris at the recommendation of Martino Realty after having a poor experience with another attorney. I couldnt have received a better recommendation or worked with a better attorney for my first home transaction. When I chose to hire Chris, I was mid transaction on a home that would not have met my needs. Prior to hiring him, he spent a full 30 minutes, free of charge, talking me through the problems with the prospective property, clearly explaining violations, street widening, and other issues. He ultimately helped me understand that the initial home would have been a poor investment for me. When I found another home, I hired Chris. He kept me well-informed through the whole, which I appreciated as a first-time buyer.
