1 /5 Glen Cheung: Felt strongly enough to leave a review - called Adam on 11/5/2024 to retain an attorney for condo dispute between members to seek injunctive relief. Before I could explain the issue, he rudely dismissed my case as a small claims court matter before even hearing that the issue was seeking nonmonetary relief and involving multiple condo members. Based on other reviews, he likely does good work for real estate closings, so this is my personal experience.

Mr. Kalishs office responded immediatly and after a lengthy free consultation it was decided to retaiun his services. He took the time to explain all possible avenues for a solution and the pros and cons of each. He responded quickly to all inquiries that we had and even provided his personal contact information to help reduce the anxiety that we were feeling in the situation. He worked closely with us EVERY step of the way again explaining the entire process and even all possible outcomes. He also worked and reduced his normal rates due to the fact that we were already financially in a precarious position.
