So I asked her, did your attorney send you a video, she said no. She went on to say that to get answers from her attorney was like pulling teeth. I told her how awesome my attorney was and how I felt assured through the whole process, you keep me aprised if everything. Prior to being called, my representative sat with me and went through everything again. I will be sure to share my experiences to others who are in the same situation and would highly recommend!!!
