5 /5 Peter Corcoran-Sital: I met with Joe Sise today and was very impressed. The grounds and the office are maintained to high standards. Joe is the one of lawyer that is going to stay right in the middle. He is not going to side with law enforcement or the client he is going to consider the details of the situation and employ the law. Because of the intricacies of my case and police brutality involved I am not sure that I will be able to retain Joe Sise but I can tell you with no reservations that this is a good law firm if you want an honest consultation thru a fair legal lens. Joe will invite you right into his office and talk to you as an equal human being rather than try to impress you with his legal acumen he makes sure to first study the facts of your consult by using his interpersonal skills and legal knowledge which are both strong. Mr. Sise makes it clear that while law and order is paramount, police brutality and excessive force are not acceptable in any way. I highly recommend this firm to anyone who has experienced personal injury as a result of police brutality especially minorities as Mr Sise has a palpable care for human safety and well being in his personality. In other words people make mistakes but we should not as law enforcement stoop to the level of excessive force and violence.

5 /5 Leon Nadeau: Joe Sise is by far one of the best defense attorneys in the area, If you are a client of a contrite and decent heart this man Joe Sise can move the entire court system.... his perseverance is unlike any other lawyer Ive seen, he knows the court system very well and his experience far exceeds that of a normal attorney. This man is beyond smart, beyond capable of achieveing amazing things, and beyond understanding of peoples emotional hardships that go along with being persecuted. I was in one of the worst, most awful, painful, most bizzar crisis of my life and where most attorneys would have thrown in the towel and gave up he instead was as understanding as a family member would be, I personally was and am more than happy with the services this guy provides. Im surprised with Joe Sises dedication to his clients, Im surprised with his ability to forgive people when they are angry about the outcome of a case or judicial proceeding, and Im surprised with his ability to look past abnormal circumstances his client may be going through. Pay the money to hire this guy trust me, you wont be disappointed and if you are its not because of his incompetence or inability. The Judicial system is not always a forgiving place but this guy is more than able to at least soften the blow of even the worst of circumstances and in some cases this guy is even able to pull off the impossible. If this guy for what ever reason doesnt pull through during a trial, case, or cant pull something off you think is unjustified its not because of Joes inability to do his job its because the Judicial system in its current state in New York is just that unforgiving.
