1 /5 Vanessa Percoco: My 80 year old father brought his Omega Soeedmaster Moonwatch to John Frucci to be fixed. I have tried texting him several times to pick it up, and he got back to me once saying he would check on it after I told him I would have to go to the police since I am being ignored. I sent him a picture of the receipt. My father gave him a $500 deposit. If I do not get the watch soon, I will have to file a complaint.

5 /5 Youna Lee: Resized my engagement ring thats a family heirloom. He polished it and cleaned it up. I waited less than an hour for it to be done because he understood the sentimental value of the ring and my reason for not wanting to leave it. The ring looked brand new and he didnt charge me a ridiculous price. On top of his excellent work, he was also very professional, experienced, and very friendly. I am going back to get my bracelet redone as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The links to my husbands bracelet were removed exactly as requested and only after 100% certainty. The jeweler cared enough to recheck before taking actions and very good price for the work performed. It was refreshing to receive such high quality customer service, honesty and care. We’ve officially found a new home for our jewelry repair. Thank you.

1 /5 J Lee: Ive waited for about 4 months before posting this review. One of the owners of this store created a wedding band for my husband out of Damascus steel, which is supposed to be unbreakable. I got married October 20th of last year and within one week this ring was leaving a gray mark around my husbands finger, as well as getting scratched terribly and all we were doing was enjoying ourselves in Hawaii, on our honeymoon. I sent a message to Sal, who provided the shops phone number. After numerous, unsuccessful attempts, we were given his direct cell phone number to contact. Even after calling and leaving messages, we never received a phone call back. After 4 months of calling his business, his direct cell phone, and messaging him... nothing. I paid $800 for an "unbreakable" ring that literally ended up BREAKING IN HALF 2 months after our wedding. Even though I was told that the ring would hold up very well and bufet chip/ break, my husband still never wore the ring during work. I feel completely scammed. I am now out $800, but the worst part is that my husbands sacred ring that hes suppose to have forever is no more. I dont recommend any kind of business.
