D G Lowest premium for Landlord insurance! I shopped around and these guys are the best. I have a few businesses and all of them have insurance through Lawrence Associates. Watch out for annual increase, but once you mention it, they will take it back. Highly recommended.

While this concept doesnt seem applicable to some companies, I can certainly confirm it is applicable and true for McEvoy Insurance. My wife and I were stuck after we had to deal with a horrible insurance company which kept trying to drop our policy while citing strange and vague reasons for their cancelation attempts. We finally had enough and wanted to find a better insurance carrier for our house we just purchased. We reached out by phone to McEvoy Insurance and spoke with David and Zach. Zach took the time to listen to our concerns, our needs and our situation with our last insurance carrier. He worked very quickly to find us a great insurance carrier that worked for our needs, our banks requirements, and most importantly, worked with our budget. I cannot recommend this company enough! Michael Cappy I helped a friend of mine search for a vehicle after hers was totaled out. The check they cut her was a dishonest low-ball. The comparable vehicles they used were over 3 hours away. They gave her 1800 for a 3k vehicle. She called about the offer and they agreed to up it a few hundred dollars ( which she was happy with). Once the check finally came it was the original low ball offer. After weeks of waiting and missing out on several vehicles. All her calls have been ignored. Shame on Robert Amey or Anthony Day for taking advantage of a young woman!!! One of them offered her more and one of them sent the lower. the worst part about it was getting the title to them so they can sell the totaled car at auction. Horrible experience and she was forced to buy a car that doesnt even come close to what she had. The one screenshot below is the upped offer they never sent.
