I have absolutely no complaints, from the first day Ive worked with Melanie and she has been absolutely wonderful, always prompt with following up, always diligent in her work, and continues to help you until whatever problem you have is resolved. The agency is certainly a bang for your buck, they find you the lowest rates and their customer service is beyond excellent.
