As someone who shops around, I was able to effortlessly find competitively priced insurance with the help of the lovely ladies who work here! When life is chaotic, insurance is the last thing on my mind. Sarah and the David H. Wager insurance group goes above and beyond to ensure I’m up to date on my coverage and payments. They did all the hard work behind the scenes to make sure I had coverage for what I needed. Anytime I have questions it’s a quick call or text, they’re extremely responsive and thorough; Elizabeth has been able to help during a vehicle transfer and additions/revisions to my policies. I’m happy to continue bringing my business here, and whenever I walk into the office I feel welcome like a family. They’re always doing local events, so if you see them at throughout Victor say hi!

1 /5 M Lac: The customer service from this agency is lacking. I was with another agency for 20 years and received exceptional service. I switched as I was presented a policy at half the cost for the same coverage. Since switching companies the claims process has been unhelpful and the process of adding a vehicle to the policy was exceptionally disappointing. To add to list, they made errors to othe insurance card two times. All of the errors were simple errors that should not have been made. My experieince to date with Farmers Insurance has not been positive.

5 /5 Wang: I especially like the service provided by this agency. Vlad was always the first to tell me about changes in my insurance and wanted to let me know about potential discounts, as opposed to my last agent who just wanted me to walk away. He is an angel. I spoke to Sarah today and she managed to resolve my familys issue albeit with a little hassle. Everyone I have met at this agent has treated me like a human being and not a living ATM.

1 /5 MaryJane Smith: So disappointed in the overall experience. My premium has steadily increased over the last year with no explanation. I have never made a claim and never had a single bit of communication from our agent as to why. I will be leaving this agent as well as Farmers. I would rather pay more at another company who is at least straight forward, than be ignored by an agent who slyly raises rates without contacting his clients.
