Hollie Southern I have been with this agency for over 15 years. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone who works their! Mike always goes out of his way to help. His honesty is what I can appreciate especially these days! If he cant get you the cheapest rate possible without compromising your coverage, he will tell you the truth, that you might be better off going somewhere else for a better rate. Trish has such a great down to earth personality. Everyone I have ever dealt with at Alliance has been nothing but helpful. Judith Helf Last year, I moved from my former insurer to State Farm for my homeowners insurance. It was a simple process, and all went smoothly. This year, it is complicated by the fact that I am selling my house just weeks after my insurance policy is due for renewal, AND I was seeking advice on renter’s insurance. I knew that I would benefit from some guidance and a bit more personal attention this year. It was my lucky day when Aaron Marshall Bobb happened to be the one who picked up the phone when I called last week.It is a delight to work with him: efficient, knowledgeable, available, respectful, friendly…..all this PLUS a sense of humor (much appreciated at what was a very stressful time for me!)
