5 /5 Marika Motley: Morgan and her team are angels! My engagement ring and wedding band were designed in person, together with my (future) mother in law. The stones came from her mother’s collection and Morgan was able to also create a necklace to hold my rings while working in the kitchen. My husband’s ring is exactly what he was looking for! My style was called “peculiar” by another jeweler. Morgan embraced my vision and created stunning work on the computer so I was able to get a sense of exactly what it would look like on my hand. She provided updates and an appraisal after everything was completed. The process was very transparent. I cried when I put on the finished set. Dream maker! Thank you Morgan and your team! Morgan has fixed and resized jewelry and made gorgeous custom items for us. She is a special gem (all puns intended of course). Highly recommend!

Morgan was attentive to what we were looking for and created a beautiful custom design after hearing what we liked, as well as being extremely accommodating of staying within our budget. Morgan, Caleb and Christina were always responsive to our phone calls and communicated well with us throughout the entire process. When we were picking a stone Morgan acquired a few options based on what we had described that we liked and we got to come in and choose our favorite. The rings turned out amazingly! They are filled with intricate details that have personal meaning to us, and are incredibly beautiful. With the help of the designers at Facets, he was able to create a beautifully unique engagement ring for me. We of course returned to design our wedding bands as well. Being a part of the process this time, It was clear to me how much passion the team at Facets put into their work. The designing process was a breeze and they were very helpful making our ideas a reality. We just picked up our bands, and just like my engagement ring, the craftsmanship is incredible. We can’t wait to finally wear them come August!
