1 /5 Ashley Wheeler: DO NOT GET A CAR LOAN WITH ESL. THEY ARE THE WORSE. My suv almost paid off I been paying for late fee since 2021 they adding $132.00 extra to my loan for late fee when I was already paying off the late fees when I made my car payment I own. I have called ESL 3 times and speak to a manger and nothing. Do not get a car loan with them all I have to say. I have not had my SUV since September bc the timing chain went but I am still paying my payment and they do this its not ok...

1 /5 Lauren Wisser: I have a loan for a commercial property with ESL. I was excited to be working with a local bank. Unfortunately I was directed by their staff to make payments a specific way and at a specific time which I did so faithfully. I received multiple late fees over a 6 month period despite paying the full amount plus excess every month. I received multiple communications as to them looking into fixing the problem. I was told it was being taken care of multiple times. Eventually they told me I was doing it wrong and although they did fix that issue I am having problems again. Now my interest has risen despite a fixed interest rate. Beware of this branch as I have been told time and time again they would fix the problems. In addition to hours of time spent trying to fix the problems with the loan that they created, I had personal banking information given to someone other than me on 3 occasions. They continued to give this information out, even after I called and spoke with a manager about the problem.

1 /5 Erik Wake: Had a very strange experience with this branch. The Membership contract stated I had to abide by the rules but these rules were not specified on the contract or the website. Also when my business was concluded they did not provide me with my original contract. Anyway glad Im done with them, especially after finding out this credit union was founded by George Eastman, whose life unfortunately ended in sad tragedy.

1 /5 IBe Struggling88: I can see why ESL has low ratings. They arent helpful and will give you a headache instead of helping fix problems. DONT NOT BANK HERE! They seem nice upfront but will make everything harder than it needs to be.

1 /5 Dan Miller: Never bank whith these people my wife totaled her vehicle had complications with gap insurance added 2 grand of late fees when they told me on the phone that wouldnt do that as the complications with gap was on them
