Later the same day, after consulting with my car dealer, I decided to cancel because the price was too high. I called immediately to cancel, but they still withdrew about $400. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received a refund. Every time I call, I’m given new excuses — “wait two weeks,” then “another two weeks,” and now they’re blaming me for supposedly canceling incorrectly. That’s not true — I canceled on time and followed their instructions. One employee, Max, was especially rude. He spoke to me in a disrespectful, mocking tone and repeated “Seriously? Seriously?” when I mentioned filing a complaint. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I do not recommend this office.
