Derek demonstrated true professionalism who deeply cares for customers like me. Derek took me through the process of obtaining a new policy and explained complicated issues in a simple manner. Derek has a keen sense to customers need and his top priority is customers satisfaction. He is an excellent communicator and when he says "Ill call you back" you can bet your life on it. Derek is also a great finisher, he will work tirelessly until the policy is finalized. And did i mentioned Customer Service? His, is exemplary, the best customer service one can hope for. The whole process was a very pleasant experience and I feel fortunate to have Derek as my agent.
