I also love their online banking system. I just wish they had Saturday hours, and a location going between Oswego and Mexico.

Went to the ATM and had to use the bathroom and was denied. As a customer with accounts at Bank of America, this is a disgrace. It is understandable for people just walking off the street but if someone is in the business and using your services wow they should be ashamed.
