I never both with comments or reviews, but I felt this time I should, given the worlds circumstances. We recently purchased a camper during a pandemic. During the purchase process I was thinking how much of a pain it was going to be to get insurance coverage knowing most companies had employees furloughed. I should have know after the many years of dealing with Erin Sachel at ESA that I had absolutely nothing to be concerned with. The process was better than ever! Erin is ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and VERY quick to respond. Even if she is out of the office, she is always sure to have someone on standby for her business calls. Long story short.... ESA, Erin, and the rest of the gang rocks! I am happy to be a part of this "family!"
