The entire staff is well educated on their product and their service is par none. Not to mention it is nice to support a local family owned business; especially one where the owner is vested with certified schooling and an education to back his knowledge. From sales, service and fabrication Comfort & Sons Jewelers has been my choice for over 20 years with no end in sight.

5 /5 Nathaniel McCoy: Over 15 years ago, Adam helped me bring my vision to life for my wife’s engagement ring. She loves tulips, and I wanted to incorporate the subtle concept of a tulip into the design. My grandfather owned LaZenka Jewelers in Vestal many years ago, passed away before I was born, and my mother passed down a few diamonds from his store to me that I wanted to incorporate into the band to honor his memory. Adam’s design was above and beyond anything I could have imagined and still looks amazing and perfect 15 years later! (photo attached, but it doesnt do it justice) If you’re in the market for an engagement ring, I highly suggest visiting Comfort and Son Jewelers and talking to Adam first. You won’t get a generic engagement ring, he’ll help you design something special with a story behind it that will be passed down through the generations. 5 /5 Anita Colwell: I’ve had several size adjustments on my wedding and engagement rings done with Comfort, always very happy with their work. They recently did a “CLIQ” hinged band on my rings to bypass my arthritic knuckles. Adam very well explained the process of how this would be done. Intricate workmanship and I’m very happy with the outcome. Always great customer service here.

I have stopped in multiple times myself and have never been disappointed. Today I took in a watch I purchased for my son for Fathers day that the buckle had broken off from the band. I did not purchase the watch from Comfort and Son Jewelers, but the woman happily fixed my sons watch while I waited. To my surprise she did not charge me anything once the repair was complete. This is the kind of outstand customer service you can expect when you enter the store every time. Its always one step above and beyond at Comfort and Son Jewelers.

1 /5 Mohammad Alshoul: Horrible Experience - Ruined My Proposal Day I had an absolutely terrible experience with this jewelry store. I ordered an engagement ring weeks in advance to ensure everything was perfect for my proposal. I clearly specified the ring size as 4.5, yet on the big day, they gave me a ring in size 6.5 instead! When I placed the ring on my fiancées finger, it was embarrassingly loose and almost fell off. It completely ruined what was supposed to be one of the most memorable moments of our lives. After waiting three weeks, I expected precision and care, not this level of incompetence. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for such an important occasion is appalling. This store not only failed me but also left my fiancée and me deeply disappointed. I will never trust them again and strongly advise anyone considering this store to think twice. If you care about your special moments, avoid this place at all costs.
