Club Agency Insurance Brokerage - Garden City (NY)

2 /5 Shell: Ive been a customer for many years. Once they had professional, excellent customer service but those people are long gone. Club agency was informed when I called my insurance company to update my phone number. Im also shopping for other insurance but the company isnt writing any new policies in my area. Instead of having the common decency to call me, someone at club agency wrote up a quote (guess-timating numbers). I noticed the email well after their 5pm closing time. They are closed on weekends. People think they are a division of AAA and it helps them get new customers all the time. They are an independent agency.

1 /5 Granum Bernard (NDP KING): Ive had their insurance for about 4 years and first out of nowhere my rate goes up 50% then up again another 25%. I later find out they no longer offer my insurance plan and have switched to quarterly payments, they cancelled my insurance and say I owe them $1500 minimum for reinstatement and they never even told me about switching to quarterly payments! Finally I said how much do I owe to pay you off she tells me $800 more than double what I pay a month! They are dirty!

1 /5 Nick DAvanzo: Still waiting for a return phone call I placed 4 days ago. No one ever picks up the phone and when they do they put you to your agents voicemail then never a call back. Calling a few agents today time for a change. Take my advice keep away has to be better out there.

1 /5 salima moosabhai: This agency used to be good at one point but customer service has dropped to the lowest. People do not call back for days and forget about receiving a response to your email, you will only be wasting your time waiting. Look for another agency!
