1 /5 caitlin spry: Im tired of having to call and get a new card just because I simply need a refund, and then that refund can take months for me to receive. Or if my card was fraudulently used then they still let that person take the money, but if I try use my own card I cant! How can someone else use my card and get away with it, able to get whatever money etc., they want but when I try to use it, I have to go through some bs for an hour to finally complete what I wanted to do! And Im still trying to get a refund for an order that I placed, all for me to go to some foreign phone number where no one speaks English, its as bad as the ones with a robot, and then they have to ask me what bank it is! Like how dont you know what the bank is, you work for them dont you?? Isnt that really sketchy, almost like every other bank out there that scams you and steals your money!

5 /5 Tammy Graham: I have multiple accounts with Chemung and I love the girls up on the Hanshaw branch near my office. Unlike a previous bank I had, its nice to see the same faces every time I go in. There is no employee turn-around here which says a lot for the bank. There are just a few tweaks that I wish the checking accounts could do.
