1 /5 Coin Hvy: Barbara was extremely rude and seemed extremely bothered and busy. I had then asked for someone who had sometime that I could speak to and she refused saying "I handle all the calls that come in its my job to do so" I then explained I did not feel comfortable I felt rushed and had asked for a manager and she refused to. Highly annoyed now my family and I must come in and have a sit down.

1 /5 Chris Myers: I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Rondout Savings Bank. Recently, my account was charged $370 due to fraudulent transactions. Shockingly, the bank does not have a dedicated fraud department or the ability to reverse these charges. When I called customer service, the representative repeatedly apologized but offered no real solution. They did not attempt to reverse the multiple overdraft charges that ensued. Instead, they suggested I drive to the bank in person to fill out paperwork so their corporate office could *request* the return of my money. This process is both time-consuming and inconvenient, especially in a situation where prompt action is crucial. The lack of immediate support and effective resolution measures for fraud-related issues is unacceptable. I expected more from a bank that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no confidence in their ability to protect my financial interests.

1 /5 Sarah Odom: Dont do business with them. My father died and the family has been trying to close my parents joint safety deposit box for YEARS. We just cant. We got the original death certificate, and then something else they wanted from the county courthouse and brought my elderly mother in to have it notarized, and we STILL dont know what they want and they wont let us close it, and keep sending us bills for it. Its been years weve been trying to close it.

5 /5 Gregg Pugliese: Ive done banking here for years. Things always change as personell change. There staff is always friendly and have always treated me well. Do I like bank fees? No but at least they give you a list up front.
