joshhill212 Pretty great Department Of Social Security. Never any long lines, & am always seen the same day for walk-ins. The Social Workers are always kind & helpful. These people have helped me through some very hard times more than they could ever know. I very much appreciate them. However, sometimes they do fail to call back the same day, when they say they will. Although, that is an issue with every institution where I am told I will receive a call back. At least with Madison County DSS, most of the time if I dont get a call back the same day, I do still receive a call back the following day (Which Is Still Far Better Than Most).

Several years ago I was swimming in credit card debt I thought I could pay back after I finished college and started my career. It was a huge relief! Unfortunately when I went to get a new apartment it turns out the credit reporting agencies were still holding some of the negative credit card company history against me! I contacted Island Group Partners to tell them about this problem and they immediately went to work for me to help me solve this new problem even though it fell outside of their obligations to me. They went above and beyond to help me when they didnt have to. This just shows what kind of work they do, this is work for improving peoples lives and a much needed service for the many people like me that have willingly let themselves be taken advantage of by huge credit card companies and then are trapped in an abusive relationship with them.
