5 /5 Jeff Gorman: I have been with Allstate for car and renter insurance since the 90s and they have always been there when I needed them. I have consulted with them a few times about switching and instead of hounding me to stay they offered realistic comparisons and advice on how they could meet my needs with no pressure what so ever. My current friends at Caro-Northrup are the best yet. I am 71 years old they have always been professional and responsive to my concerns or needs even when I was just seeking some advice that had no bearing on my accounts for them. Last year I hit a deer about a month to the day after canceling my collision insurance. They showed me how they would make my comprehensive coverage work for me and I saved hundreds vs what I might have paid with a new company. I am truly in good hands here they have my highest recommendations!

5 /5 Steven Markowski: Kim and her team have been great to work with. I can be a difficult customer at times, with switching vehicles often, lump payments, etc. And they have always treated me well and did whatever they could to make it work.

1 /5 Pat C: Called repeatedly a couple of years ago to ask why my rates kept increasing with no claims at all. Then magically today they cold call me saying Allstate dropped their rates drastically. Maybe 2 years ago you should have dealt with a customer question. Customer service is a joke to them, Kim Caro just cares about the money.
