Mira I am going to say this, and please read keenly. The store itself has great options but there is one big flaw. That woman who has the pink/rainbow hair, she is going to be the downfall of this store. From her attitude, to her impatience. Maybe she needs sensitivity training or something because the way she treats customers is very disrespectful. You can tell that she doesnt like or want to do her job. Shes never positive. Just attitude filled and overbearing. I feel that if you combat this problem your store might have a chance. She needs to be spoken to or let go expeditiously. Dont be surprised if business declines because of her. Her energy is nasty and draining. I dont think Im coming back to this Rainbow. The one further down has much more positive energy. After having to deal with that rude lady, taking the long walk down to the next Rainbow was WELL worth it.

I was genuinely impressed by the high level of professionalism and outstanding customer service. I appreciated the time you took to evaluate everything and ensure I received fair and accurate value. You offered me more for my scrap and Morgan Dollars than two other local shops that I had previously visited. On top of that, I left with a beautiful ring that looks to be in "like new" condtion, for much less than I would have paid retail for anywhere else! Thank you again—I’ll definitely be returning soon!

They custom-made my band wedding band to fit my engagement ring perfectly. It’s unique, gorgeous and they gave us a great deal! My favorite part is they let us hand pick the stones and view them under a microscope. They were super accommodating, answered alllll of our questions and were always warm, kind and knowledgeable. This really is an excellent business. The prices are affordable and we knew all along we were in good hands.

After going to few places to get offers on an engagement/ wedding ring set, I found this place after getting my worst offer of the day at a store just down the road. Hans was great to deal with. He was friendly, courteous, honest and efficient. He made me the best offer that day. The whole exchange took 10 minutes and I left feeling that good about the whole process.
