John Rehbein “ I have had a great relationship with Allstate for many years. I have multiple policies for my home, truck and snowmobile. When my truck was up for renewal this year, I thought and have been thinking the rates were a little high. I went to see Christine Civitelli-Geno in the Rome office to see if there was anything we could do about the rates. I had a quote from State Farm that was HALF of what I was quoted to renew with Allstate. At the time, Christine told me that there was nothing she could do to lower the rate. So I had no choice but to switch to State Farm. About a week later I got a call from Christine and she said she redid my quote after updating my current credit score which had not been done in a couple of years. My credit score has improved over the years and she was able to quote me a price so that I could stay with Allstate. She even took care of cancelling the policy that I purchased from State Farm. Ally Well, I have to say I greatly appreciate that there is still true value in customer relations. Beanys Anziani is an asset to this company that I hope is recognized come promoting time. Her ability to listen and remedy an ongoing issue I had with Nationwide not only saved me money but prevented me from going to new insurance company all together. She was patient and went the extra mile. More importantly and rare, she expressed a genuine interest from beginning to *meet with me for a more human experience when everything could be done through the net. Terrence Carpentier I’ll be the first to admit I’m a pretty high maintenance customer when I need help with insurance related issues. The team at this location - especially Kate - are super efficient. I never have to hang up and call someone else or wait days for a response. When it comes to insurance matters, efficiency is the most impotent thing to me. I’ll send off an email or make a call and I’ll have the response I need almost immediately. Rates are also competitive - I’ve looked, as any prudent customer would do. I check reviews of everything before I buy, and it takes a lot for me to leave a positive review of anything because it’s rare you come across a product or service that TRULY delivers. 5 stars from me. A+

Kathy Koen Bryan is great very helpful. He helped me understand the different policies. I am checking into moving all our insurance to Bryan. The policy Bryan got us was around 10 times cheaper than Allstate with more benefits than Allstate.
