Bromleys Mom The Strebel Planning Group is a terrific organization. They are calm, kind, reliable, supportive, welcoming, and I have always been happy with their services. Their office is beautiful and peaceful but not ostentatious, and they are excellent hosts so it is easy to be comfortable while doing business there. They explain things clearly and work with the client at the clients own level. I never mind that they are not right downtown because the way there is so pretty and the destination so pleasant.

Geneia Rood I just got off the phone with a woman named Lynn and she was extremely rude to me as well my public assistance was denied and I was just asking why and she said “you did not report that u applied for unemployment” then said that when she looked to see if I had applied and that they hav acess to see if I did that I didn’t! I was very confused and with all of the call volumes of calls to unemployment I wasn’t able to get through for weeks! At the end of the phone call she hung up on me! She wouldn’t let me talk and she was not professional at all!

Support Staff- Whatever model they have, works real well. You don’t feel like you’re dealing with a call center but a well-run family business. With Steve and his team, we feel as if we are family. After years of bouncing between other firms that never really delivered, I couldn’t be happier with AFG. The combination of responsiveness, depth of knowledge, and the way they humanize financial planning is exactly what I had been searching for. — Chris
