Carol Linow Very personable, caring service. Bob Jr. asked all the pertinent questions and He did all the rest. We now have car insurance with an excellent, high rated company at significantly less cost. In addition we have more coverage on our new homeowners policy at significantly less cost, we also (on Bobs suggestion) now have a million dollar blanket insurance policy at a fairly reasonable price. Nina TS My wife and I met with Anna Gardner State Farm Insurance to review our current policies as we have made a few life changes in the past year. We met with both Anna and Nicole Kessler. They were kind enough to stay late for us as we have busy work schedules. They not only reviewed our current policies but discussed where we are in our lives, what our goals for the future are, and we choose to add additional coverage based on those goals. We were advised on the available coverages and given options for our current budget with our future goals in mind. There was no pressure or up-selling. They were both very kind and professional. Mel Solomon Burchell agency recently took over the Nationwide office in Ithaca after Stan Barlow retired. I am just getting to know the agents in the office. Recently without me contacting them, Nikki called me and said there may be new ratings that Nationwide has introduced for auto insurance and would I mind if she re-did a quote for me. In a few days I got a call from her saying that my premium would go down over $200 for 6 months. Could I use the $200? You bet! What agent would call a customer to voluntarily reduce pricing?
