Andy Gesner The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company is a complete joke. I tried to provide NXG Insurance with my business, but it became clear to me quite quickly that though he had been referred to me, Chris DiTommaso was going to be unable to assist me personally. Instead, he sloughed me off to his co-employee Tanner Davis, and after many days of being ignored by both of them, despite me calling and emailing, I sent an email expressing my concerns. Tanner did call me shortly thereafter to tell me he did not appreciate me "being rude", claiming that it usually takes "a week or two" to receive a Workers Compensation quote (WOW! What a whopper of a lie, I was able to purchase my policy with Geico in less than a hour!). Obviously Chris did not share with Tanner that there was a palpable sense of urgency to have this policy taken care of in a timely fashion. Tanner did promise to get back to me by "the end of the day." The date of that call was Monday, March 17th, 2025. That was over a week and a half ago. I have still not heard back from him and I doubt I will. Obviously "Customer Service" was not something they were trained to provide.

Grant Corsaro Craig Bruno went above my expectations in setting up my homeowners policy. I gave him a call, He didnt tell me to call back , or send him over the house information, he took every thing he needed then right then. He followed up as exactly as he said he would, he was thorough in all his explanations, and was always quick to respond to any emails or phone calls. Everything took about 24 hours and I had my first homeowners policy. I am also confident he got the me the best value. Thanks again Craig.

Melissa Korczynski Trevor and Bryant have been the biggest help with all things insurance. Bought a house and they walked me step by step through everything. No question was a dumb one! Made sure I truly understood everything and pricing. No pressure at all! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

His honesty is what I can appreciate especially these days! If he cant get you the cheapest rate possible without compromising your coverage, he will tell you the truth, that you might be better off going somewhere else for a better rate. Trish has such a great down to earth personality. Everyone I have ever dealt with at Alliance has been nothing but helpful. I have recommended many of my friends and family over the years and all of them have been pleased with the service they have received. I hope this review is helpful!

AndyG Tamir is great. Incredibly helpful in getting my Medicare benefits reinstated -- without charging me! -- and was very prompt in getting back to me. Really knows his way around the health care marketplace. Cant recommend highly enough.
