Reynold McEathron Hi to all at One Main Financial: I want to thankyou for your assistance once again. Youve helped me knock out my credit card debt, which I was beginning to drown in. You are also assisting me with this loan by helping me put together a place where musicians can get together and play music in our community. Im a drummer and violinist. Teaching and playing drums is something I truly enjoy doing. A little over 6 years ago I was doing just that until the apartments closed down. I was helping a couple of my grandchildren learn how to play. I have a couple of friends I played with many years ago who wish to come and play and even assist in helping other musicians or musicians to be come learn their instrument. I have the equipment for any musician who wants to play or sing with others as a group, experienced musicians. I also have the equipment to put videos on line, burn disks. Where I live now Im unable to do that. Sound levels. Ive been searching for just a place on the out skirts of town. I want to thankyou again for not only the assist in paying off my credit card debt, but for making my dreams and of other musicians come true. Jonah Minkoff-Zern We worked with Joe for a few years. While he was patient working through various issues with us, it felt that he didnt have time to help in the end. Last year he made a mistake filing our taxes - which is OK - mistakes happen - but instead of taking the time to fix it or look into it, he put it back on me to try to figure it out when I received the notification from the State. It took a lot of time and effort for me to figure out what had happened (as Im not an accountant) and when he finally took the time to look and realized that he had made a not insignificant mistake - a mistake that led to us planing financially for a return that was much higher than our actual return; he didnt offer an apology - let alone a discount off a rate that somehow had increased by 50% from the previous year without warning (I found out when I received an invoice). Im sure for other accounts he could do better - for people with more knowledge of the tax system, etc. as I do think he is knowledgeable. It definitely was not a good experience for us in the end.

E Cap I have been with Fagan Associates for many years. Dennis and his team continue to impress me. They understand my goals and are frequently tweaking my portfolio as the market changes. I have been with other advisors in the past and they made little to no changes to my account. Also these bank affiliated advisors would always push the garbage that the mother ship was underwriting. Fagan puts my interests at the front of the line as it should be. I have many families members who are with the Fagans and we are extremely happy with their level of service, knowledge and caring.
