joshhill212 Pretty great Department Of Social Security. Never any long lines, & am always seen the same day for walk-ins. The Social Workers are always kind & helpful. These people have helped me through some very hard times more than they could ever know. I very much appreciate them. However, sometimes they do fail to call back the same day, when they say they will. Although, that is an issue with every institution where I am told I will receive a call back. At least with Madison County DSS, most of the time if I dont get a call back the same day, I do still receive a call back the following day (Which Is Still Far Better Than Most).

Julia Davidson Have my auto loan through Chemung, overall a decent experience. However, you can only sign up for autopay through the end of the year. Mine ended and then I got hit with a late fee they won’t remove even after calling to explain. Obviously some of this is on me but feel like they could have worked with the late fee situation, I’ve never had a loan company that ends the auto payment automatically.

Will Kesecker I had the pleasure of meeting Russell to discuss my financial future. This has been a stressful topic for my wife and and really hoped to find someone that could point us in the right direction in how to manage or investments. Russell was up for the task, He sat us down and explained the different things we can do to ensure or financial safety as we grow older. He made us feel like we where a friend of the family and not just another client to add to his list. He made sure that we understood the different risk levels and what he felt would fit us best! In the end I left the meeting feeling empowered and ready to take on the next step in life to provide myself and my family the life style we have worked so hard to get!
