5 /5 Robin Edinger: Hi Shawn and staff, My family is doing well and we are pleased that Allstate has our back in case of auto or apartment rental issues. So far, there has been no issues to deal with. Also glad that Allstate is refunding 15% of the last 2 months of paying the insurance. My car has not moved since March 12th! I even have a full tank of gas since I was supposed to go away for that weekend, but cancelled! But I want to thank you all for a great job as my Allstate agents over he years, in seeing that I get the best coverage for my money. God bless you all and stay safe!

5 /5 Donna Scarselli: We had some severe damage on our Conservatory Room from the Hail Storm at the end of May 2019. We were in touch with Allstate the next day, they were there to help immediately. They had an inspector to my house within a few days and everything was taken care of and settled before a week was up. The gentlemen that came to inspect the damage, Andrew was wonderful. He was helpful and answered every question. The gentleman we spoke to, who took Andrews report, Jordan, I could not have asked for a nicer person. He was informative, explained everything about the report and was very helpful. Our experience with Allstate and Hancock went very well. I have been with Allstate for well over 35 years and I have always been happy with their service. Thank you.

Lisa, Serena, Jacqueline and everyone in the Staten Island office are amazing!!! I’m a happy customer and recommend Allstate to everyone. You ARE in good hands!!!!

They are really helpful, explain anything that you might not understand & they work with you to resolve any problems you might have. Also if you need to put a claim in they are very good about resolving the problem. I highly recommend this agency
