Arvin Ghias Very bad attitude & I hope management will talk to them. People are in the line & only one teller is working and have bad attitude problems. All I asked how long will it take. She just doesn’t care. Management should communicate with their employees. It’s very competitive market & it’s not monopoly. I know why the reviews are below 2.5.

Vicki Mae Ive had nothing but wonderful, fast service with this bank, and every interaction has been stellar. Today was just an absolutely rotten day for me, and along came Jessica. Her smiling face and happy demenor always make such a world of difference. I left with a smile on my face and 2 little ducks in my pocket after an exchange asking how I was doing, and a reply of "oh, just ducky." She was a wonderfully bright spot in a cloudy day, and is an absolute gem of a person! Wonderful service, wonderful staff, wonderful experience!

Samara Evans I give Onemain Financial 5 stars (10 if thats possible) The loan representative Yamith is THE best. She helped me on 2 loans. She is very professional, and friendly. She followed up and walked me through the process each time and is very thorough with explaining everything. I will continue doing business as long as people like Yamith is there. ❤️
