Sarah Meredith I should start by saying that I was visiting this branch to close my account due to being unhappy with PNC Bank. Five stars is not rating PNC itself but it is a rating for this particular branch & employees. Suha provided excellent service. She is knowledgeable & swiftly completed the task at hand while being personable. For an overall bad experience banking with PNC, this last visit was satisfying & Im leaving without as much bitterness. One person can make all the difference! Thank you!

Gerry Scott One of tellers, Kayla Phillips, at the main branch on Michigan Ave has completely changed the atmosphere there from what I would call stodgy to one of friendliness. This has made a significant difference in the interplay between customers and clients. She is always smiling and is very sharp. She keeps tabs on my account and will notify me with concerns or balance issue. She I believe has made a positive impact on the other tellers, Laurie and Terry. The branch manager Amy also is first class. I have been a member for many years and having gone through the recent loss of my wife Peggy Scott I cant express how refreshing it is to come to the Michigan Ave branch to be greeted by name when I walk in and view smiling happy faces.
