Good thing I did, because the payment was due in a matter of days by the time I figured out how to get into my account. Had I waited for them to contact me, I would have been late on my payment. However, the person I spoke with was extremely polite and pleasant and the website is working great now. Very easy to use.

That helped my credit score go up like 70 points after my first 2 payments. 6 months later my credit score was still poor, close to fair. He got me a 2,000 credit card.
