This was the fifth house we have purchased and this was by far the best and most helpful experience we have had while going through the financial process. John was there to answer any question we had and was available when we needed to speak with him. The service and rates provided blew away any competition. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking for financing!

Jim Walke Zach Toilolo and DFCU made the convoluted process of re-financing quick and easy. Zach was attentive to any change or bump in the process and managed to keep us in the loop while simultaneously smoothing things out for us. He had his eyes on the goal the entire time and treated us with professionalism, warmth and respect. [We even laughed a few times, and not hysterically.] This was a first rodeo for me, so having a loan officer who explained what was happening and then assisted with the execution of each step was a pleasant surprise. I doubt that a big bank would have been able to provide this level of personalized customer service. If you are in the market for a mortgage, I cannot recommend Zach (and DFCU) strongly enough.

He calls us on a regular basis to schedule an account review. This is so appreciated! Hes always there when we need him, returns calls promptly, and most importantly he takes the time to carefully understand our investment needs. Markets go up and down, but Eriks attention to our needs are steady and reliable. As well, Terese Kromer, Eriks office administrator, is the best! Top notch, friendly and professional! We could not ask for a better relationship.
