I remember the laminated binder we went through, with a hypothetical rate of return, and I was inspired to begin saving for retirement. I was introduced to Wes and others from the Wiser team that helped get a plan in place. That was 20 years ago, and Im so thankful for this connection and their service along the way. 2 /5 Mark Fricke: We got a notice from Wiser about the recent virus. Its the first email weve ever gotten from them since we started with them over fifteen years ago. We do get Christmas cards, but thats the only time weve ever heard from them. The problem is we pulled our money from them three years ago. They apparently never even noticed let alone cared. Horrible client concern.
