Shy Love I’ve been with brite for a few years now & all though I’ve maintained my payments on time most the time, there has been times I simply just struggle. Brite & Shaina have never failed to work with me without issue. They don’t call me constantly or harass me. Bob Suminski We need a couple of items regarding our IRAs addressed and need to speak to a consultant, Jacqueline Tran. We called her directly and left a VM, emailed her directly, called the branch number and no one answered and left a message and sent a message from the branch messenger on the web site and no one will respond. Has the Troy branch closed down? It is irresponsible and disrespectful to your customers to ignore them. We have had four different consultants in the past two years because consultants dont stick around which should have been a clue for us to move on. We are seriously considering moving our funds elsewhere where well get more respect after years of loyalty to Schwab.

Megan Lyonnais I went in to have a document notarized and the manager, Kelly Day was able to get me right in and notarize the documents with both the seal and stamp (my documents needed both) quickly and efficiently. I had my children with me and Kelly gave them sunglasses and lollipops, they still love to wear their sunglasses from Ms Kelly! Not only did Kelly take her time to actually talk and get to know us, but so did her staff! Everyone made us feel so welcome and like we were family.
