5 /5 Michael Tabaczynski: Lake Trust is always there to help you when you need a product or service. Their staff are always pleasant, friendly, and prompt. My favorite team of people are the staff at the Center Line branch. I have been going to this branch since it was Father Kramer Credit Union, and when it turned to Lake Trust, I received the same great service. Robin is the absolute best and has been there since I got my account when it was Fr. Kramer. This was the place I got my first auto loan as well. Everyone at this branch is so nice, helpful, and take the time to get to know their members. I highly recommend Lake Trust Credit Union to anyone looking for a financial institution that provides great, easy, and simple products, along with their technology and great member service.

1 /5 Mary Yang: My elderly parents moved out of state and I had to call to close their account. First time I called I helped translate for my parents as their English is not very good. While translating the lady I spoke with hung up on me. Second time I called back a new person picked up and I informed him of being hung up on. He then told me I would need the code word to access their account. My parents never had a code word on their account. He then told me there was nothing he could do besides have them come in to close their account. But they moved out of state!! THIRD time I called a new person picked up. I told the new person that I have every single information they would need to access my parents account I just don’t have a code word bc I don’t think they ever made one. She confirmed THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE ONE. This lovely lady FINALLY helped me close my parent’s account. The first two workers completely incompetent. Good luck finding the right help.

1 /5 2Gs: If I could give zero or negative I would. I opened a business account here and a credit card. All excited new start up lets go get a laptop. Nope. Go to Microcenter and its declined. 11 AM. Get on the phone for 20 minutes with an outsourcing card service and then transfer to another. Had to leave 20 minutes on hold in because I only have 1 hr lunch. Then 42 minutes on hold someone picks up. Oh the phone number was wrong good to go now. I go back. MC is 15 minutes there they held my purchase, nope. Didnt work. We are now at 1pm. Tell MC I dont live close can you hold it please. They do. Back on the phone. Same process 20 min with outsourcing the 30 on the main line but this time I ask for a supervisor. They absolutely re assure me its fixed. Go pick up my son from school come back to MC now its 630 pm. Does not work. I feel like the movie falling down. Back on the phone no joke 45 minutes with the outsourcing then the main line and they tell me theres nothing that can be done. This purchase was under 2k. A business card. Under 2k. I speak to a manager she has to call me back tomorrow. I want to cancell this card and LT but now my credit is run so I cant get a card anywhere else and this is what i get. No computer to start my work this weekend and a company with the WOST customer service I have ever witnessed. This has ruined my start up to such an extent that I cant even explain. My madman rambling does not do it justice DO NOT BANK HERE. I would go loan shark or shady guy in the neighborhood before here. No joke please do not make the same mistake I did. So incredibly inconvenienced today.

1 /5 Adam Beatty: Of course this will be censored bcz google reviews is biased and has no integrity but here goes: The cold called me for no reason, but I missed the call, so I called them back just incase there was a problem with my account.. the agent couldnt find ne reason for them calling me nor ne record of them calling me... meanwhile my time is stolen from me while I am on hold forced to listen to annoying spam. Then I wanted to file a complaint but I was informed there was no dept for complaints.. laughable. I would change banks but these "ppl" reflect the industry standards, dont they. Customers have no rights but corporations are considered " ppl" by "law" and have more rights than the "consumers". America is an atrocious waste of existence that is turning all of us into dead men walking.
