1 /5 Candie Reece: What place doesnt tell you how much you are paying to file your taxes when you have asked several times and called and get no answer..then when you pickup your paperwork the paperwork doesnt tell you how much you are charged either for filing taxes. You find out when your return comes that you paid 900 dollars to file taxes? Come on something isnt right never since we have been filing taxes have we ever paid 900 dollars to file basic taxes never ever. This is the most horriblest place to go to, not professional at all something is definitely going on here that isnt right at all. Out of all the years we have been thru liberty tax never have we paid more than 600 to file taxes ever. Would definitely not recommend this place at all avoid it at all cost.

1 /5 Apperance Auto: They have had my Taxes for a MONTH ! still not complete , I have called several times with no return calls . You can’t leave a voicemail because there mail box is full . I live almost a hour away , now I guess I will just have to drive there . I would not recommend anyone to go to this location it is HORRIBLE!! UPDATE!!!!! 6/15/23 I brought 2 years of taxes to be done 21 & 22. I just was informed by the IRS they did not file My 2021 taxes !! Are you guys serious !?! I have called and no one answers . It looks like it’s time to take this Serious issue further!

1 /5 Trent Esch: Schedule an appointment for 1 pm and I got there at 12:50 and no one was there. I waited around for 40 minutes to see if anyone would show up and no one ever did. Whats the point of allowing people to make appointments if youre not going to be there for their appointment times. If youre not going to be open then maybe not allowing people to make appointments for those time and dates would be a good move.
