1 /5 Lydia Biggs: Sign on door says open until 5:00. It is a little past 4:00 on Monday and they are closed. I have been a Bank of America customer for decades. This is close to the last straw. Online is great but brick and mortar customer service is severely lacking. It is 4:32 and I am watching employees walking to their cars and drive away.
