1 /5 Lynn Smith: GRT was handling 2 accounts for me. After the 1st card was paid off i received a letter from an attorney telling me i was being sued on the 2 nd credit card. I called GRT and they told me to send them the paperwork and to not contact the attorney at all. Then about one month later i received another letter from the attorney saying that since they had never been contacted by anyone that they had gotten a judgment against me for the amount of approximately $9000. I called GRT and was told that they only made 2 phone calls and had not heard anything from the attorney. While I was on hold they called the attorney and got right through. They came back to me and said I could pat the $9000 or they got an offer of about $7700 but i would have to extend my contract for 11 more months. By the time the contract was up i would end up paying more than the $9000. They already had about $1400 of my money which was supposed to be used on this credit card. They said if i canceled the contract I would only get back about $250. The rest they would keep because they said they got me a settlement. Even though they didnt get the settlement until i had to call them to ask why they didnt do their job. I asked to have a manager call me back within 48 hours. I nevertheless received no call and had to call back AGAIN. I spoke to a manager and he just kept talking in circles and said I DIDNT UNDERSTAND. I asked to speak to his boss /manager and to this day i still have heard from ANYONE. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LYING THIEVES. DO NOT TRUST A WORD THEY TELL YOU!!!

I think I gave them five accounts of credit cards and one loan and within six months they’ve already cleared two of them for close to 50% the original amount thank God! I’m sure the other ones will come along soon. I don’t think you can ask for better than that. I look forward to clearing the other two credit cards and one loan and improving my credit score once again. Living in Los Angeles, this year has been incredibly difficult between the fires and ICE raids destroying the economy. This has been very helpful so far!!
