Despite the many twists and turns that came up, Steve was always calm, responsive, and proactive in finding solutions. He responded to any and all questions very promptly, explained everything related to the mortgage process very clearly, and genuinely had our best interests at heart. Without his expertise, persistence, and encouragement, we honestly don’t know how we would have gotten through the process. Thanks to Steve, we’re now in our new home and we’ll be forever grateful to him for getting us there. When I did reach out to Steve with a “stupid” question he was always happy to help understand something or find the answer if he didn’t know. Steve even fought for the best possible interest rate for our mortgage! Would recommend.
