1 /5 Alex: A hit or miss in this office. Some of advisors know what they are talking about and some do not and be giving misleading information with an attitude that can negatively impact the student financial aid in the long run. Vanessa is the best kindest advisor in the office and I love her!

3 /5 Leah Attisha: Some employees are very nice and helpful and others are not. I got told if I have anymore questions because there are a lot of people waiting. Yes I understand that but you should not rush anyone to finish an important phone call.

4 /5 Abby Hahn: I’m having a hard time paying off my current balance right now, but I spoke to someone on the phone (I think it was Blake) and they told me not to stress about it too much as long as I get caught up before the semester is over. I really wish they would make that more clear on their website. Some of the criteria they list sound like fear tactics to scare people of the possibility of getting kicked out. I’ve usually been pretty on top of paying my balance on time since signing up for a payment plan and hope I can scrape together the funds for the one I missed soon.

1 /5 Jonathon Rizzo: Who hires these people? Absolute deplorable performance. Had to call 3 separate times about the same issue that wasn’t resolved.
